GDPR Policy

I hereby grant my consent to Credin Polska Sp. z o.o. for the processing of my personal data contained in this form in order to subscribe to the Newsletter service, pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016

 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

 

I give my consent to receive commercial information from Credin Polska Sp. z o.o. by electronic means pursuant to the Act of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws no. 144, item 1204 as amended) on the provision of services by electronic means.

 

I hereby grant my consent to Credin Polska Sp. z o.o. to send me commercial information by means of SMS/MMS messages pursuant to the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunication Law (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243).

 

Information regarding personal data processing:

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter:

“GDPR”) we hereby inform you as follows:

Your personal data shall be processed for the following purposes and for the following time periods:

 

1. Based on your consent (pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in particular:
   - To provide the Newsletter service – until the moment of cancelling the subscription to the Newsletter service (revoking consent)

2. For the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, in particular to:​
   a. Offer products and services to the customers and to issue commercial information in the form of direct marketing - until the cessation of the business reasons.
    

You voluntarily provide your data, however the failure to provide the data will render the provisions of the Newsletter service impossible.

 

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing, the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete or to request the restriction of the processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

 

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in the event that you believe that the processing of the personal data violates the provisions of Regulation 2016/679.

 

We wish to inform you, that the recipients of the data will include lawfully authorised, as well as entities providing services to the Data Controller, taking part in the implementation of the service.

We may also share your data with other companies within our group. No automated decisions shall be made on the basis of your data, and your personal data shall also not be subject to profiling.

Any transfer of personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA) (comprising the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) is made pursuant to the applicable laws.
